Ramblings of a bored person

that’s it.
i’m officially bored.

i have nothing to do….
well, actually that’s a lie. i have a pattern to make into a toile, i have part of a tail to sew on and i have feet hands and faces to practise for uni as well as my room to tidy among other things.

but can i be bothered to do them?
no.
i’m actually very tired which might be part of it though….

in anycase.
today was a boring day too.
delivery again.
yuck.
i really hate delivery days
they’re slow and boring and make me sweat.
and i don’t like it.
although the upside to working in a petshop is that i can talk to the animals when i walk past. which is an up point i guess. ><

This morning i bought the Mittsi and Sayu phone straps from Ohta.
i already posted about this but i didn’t post how much it would come to.
a while ago i was debating whether or not to get the Sayu phone strap that helloproland have but decided against it because it was too much money and i didn’t really like the design all that much. so what do i go and do?
i go and buy 2 phone straps of a better design but for more money than the other one.
2 phone straps have cost me almost £60.
that’s how crap the exchange rate is.
i can’t believe i did that. but at the same time i can’t help it.
i really do love phone straps.
i have a collection of them.
should probably stop though, cause i can only fit like 2 on my phone at the same time but still.
i should just stop spending money….
but mittsi and sayu look soooooooooo good!

Today was the graduation of the Elder Club.
I’m so sad!
I just hope they all get onto new projects asap.
i wore all black today (although i have no choice because that’s our uniform colour) but with a purple hair tie in my hair for yossie.
hope now that this hullabaloo is all over H&A get around to releasing they’re new single….. i’m so buying it!

I was reading Strawberrie’s blog tonight and she said that Eri was getting to voice a new anime character in new anime Jewel Pet so i checked it out. and it looks like a half decent anime. better than KiraRevo by far!
The characters a cute and the art is nice. The animation is good and although the concept isn’t entirely original it looks like a pretty good anime over all.
Hopefully i’ll be able to watch this. i’m looking forward to it!
it looks a bit like an overly cute Pokemon mixed with Pretty Cure…… mixed with “Puppy/Kitty/Pony in my pocket”
In anycase, i’m looking forward to seeing more of this anime.
it’s about time that Eri got a project like this. i think she’ll do really well.

Another sad day…..

I’m running out of posting time as i’m actually about to run off to work.
but as a quick no-one-really-cares update: I just bought the Mittsi and Sayu P9D phone straps from OHta. i was obsessing over them and my addiction to phone straps and couldn’t let myself not get them. plus, ohta says it’s ok to wait until the 16th of april to pay him.

it’s a long time to wait but i don’t get paid until then so i can’t do much better. plus they all get collectively ordered at a certain time anyways so it’s not like they’ll be arriving that late anyways.

Hello! Blog poll result predictions

Second post tonight, what can i say? i’m reeeeeeeeeally bored!
babysitting is not fun.
especially when i have to wait until like 1 or 2am before my boyfriend gets back so i can go to bed.

the western H!P fanbase seem to be going pretty mad over this year’s Hello! Blog poll. Like last year the results are everywhere you turn: on blogs and in forums and i’ve been looking through peoples’ blogs and polls results and i’ve decided to see if i can predict the top ranking members.

i have to say i wish last year’s poll was still around for me to do this year as i hardly had any idea which members from berryz and c-ute were which.
i just ranked them as “the ones who i knew vaguely” first and then “the ones i find cutest” after.
i hardly even knew which members in Momusu i liked over the others because i was still sulking about the Yossie graduating-and-being-replaced-by-junjun-and-linlin complex i had going on. so i wish i could still do that. my favourites change slightly each day i think though…… in anycase…….

have a feeling that the top 3 or 4 members are going to be:

Takahashi Ai: Unfortunately for me, lots of people like her. yes i know she can sing the hell out of Koi ING and she can dance pretty well but i find it hard to see past the smug aura around her that ruins it all for me. it’s like she has a big fanbase and she KNOWS it.

Konno Asami: KonKon has been rating fairly high and frequently in many people’s results and at first i was taken by surprise. then i remembered that she has a huge fanbase because she’s cute, funny, she eats food and does it slowly and she’s super smart and down to earth. she’s like…… the super smart girl next door who is really pretty so you’re afraid to talk to her but you still can’t help spying on her when she’s in the garden sunbathing.

Yossie: Nice to see she’s ranking so high. Yossie FTW! keep voting people.

Eri/Gaki: they both seem to be ranking pretty high. which is pretty good cause they’re both awesome so there’s no problem with that. XD

So those are my predictions for the top few. probably not in that order. but still up there somewhere.

New Stuff

So i went to pick up my stuff from the sorting office that the incompetent postie couldn’t deliver yesterday and it’s my things from HellProLand.

It’s taken alot less time than usual…. or it mightbe that i’ve been very pre-occupied with other things that are going on in my life to not take much notice.
but in anycase they’re finally here! ^^

My Rika shirt which as usual with most H!P shirts is so big i could wear it with tights and wear it as a dress.
3 Buono! pictures which i will hopefully be sending to Sweden with Paul in May and 2 of possibly the sexiest Yossie photos i’ve ever seen. i’m sorry but if anyone says she doesn’t look hott i will personally hunt them dow and gut them like a fish.

I want to marry her and have her babies.

enough OTT fangirling now.

It occured to me today that some people might have a hard time undertanding who i’m talking about as i’ve made up a couple of strange nickname for members.

so let me explain.

Plum = Erika Umeda – Ume is plum in japanese. her name kind of sounds like “Ume ga!” “It’s a plum!”. other variations include “Ocean” and “Yummy” (Umi = sea, Umai = tasty, yummy, delicious)

KumaBear = Yurina Kumai – because Kuma means bear in japanese.

Tubby = Sugaya Risako – because she’s recently gained weight….. sorry Risako.

i’m sure there’s a few others that i’ll come up with so stay tuned.

Platinum 9 Disc and Hello! Blog Poll

So after a while of waiting for all my H!P stuff to turn up i got a slip through my door today saying they tried to deliver it but couldn’t. incompetent idiot of a postie.

so i’m making my post without whatever it is that the idiot of a postman TRIED to deliver.

So a few days ago i got my copy of Platinum 9 Disc.
it’s a good album what can i say?
I wish H!P would kick it up a notch on limited edition releases though now that the elder club is gone and things.
the packaging wasn’t any different to a regular album. no photo card or anything.
the DVD is a little disappointing too. just all the different solo versions of Naichau Kamo, the performance from the Wonderful Hearts concert and a performance of Renai Revolution from the Elder Club grad conert.
why?
why not put in a making of the booklet like in Buono!2?
it’s so frustrating. i paid that extra money and i don’t feel like i got much extra at all.
watching 4 minuted of each member crying isn’t very fun. and it almost makes you sick of hearing the song.
plus the dance isn’t very….. imaginative.
it’s just not a great DVD ok?

the album however is pretty good!

SONGS is a great….. song. i love the piano at the start that then turns into the really heavy bass line. definitely sounds like a song that starts a concert off.

Resonant Blue. Not my fave recent Momusu song but it’s actually growing on me.

Ame no Furanai blah blah blah? : i have to say, i LOVE this song. it’s so nice to hear a decent ballad from Momusu again. i like.
too bad it appeared on ICM’s album first though. doesn’t give it the same kind of “ooooh!” factor.

Take of is now! : Very TakaTanaGaki. it’s not difficult to listen to though. and i quite like it. not too bothered but hey. it’s an entertaining song i gues.

Naichau Kamo: if i have to type about this song again i might cry. lol!
it’s good. i like. but i loved it when i first heard it.

Watashi no something something Mittsi’s solo song: another song i LOVE on here. Mittsi is fast becoming one of my favourite Momusu members, she’s got a great voice (recorded) and she’s cute as a button but bless her she pulls off the rocky look so well too!
seen the new Momusu tour merchandise? yeah. she’s smokin’. XDsounds like it could almost be a Mermaid Melody opening theme tune…..

Guru Guru JUMP!: i actually really like this song! not too much squeaky Koha and it’s nice to be able to hear the Pandas for once.
i like italot and it’s fun to dance to on my way to work. yup. definitely thumbs up.

Mikan: what i like? what’s not to like? Mikan is a fun song. i can’t believe it did so badly. ah well.

Jounetsu no Kiss Hitotsu: another TakaTanaGaki song i like. it’s easy to listen to. those three’s voices go well together.

It’s You: Y_Y what a disappointment! Poor sayu got such a bad song! she should have gotten one more like Mittsi’s of Eri’s! it just doesn’t show us how much she’s improved.
i thought this would be my favourite on the album but it’s really not that amazing. poor Sayu!

Onna ni Sachi Are: also oe i’ve come to love. it’s only really recently that i’ve started to like “new” momusu’s stuff. and Onna ni sachi are…. i can’t believe i turned my nose up at it. we get plenty of JunLin and Mittsi and koharu isn’t abismal in it. it’s good! i like it alot!
another that’s fun to dance to on the way to work. xD

Kataomoi no Owari ni: Eri’s Solo! i ❤ this song! it’s so….. so….. Eririn! it’s awesome. Eri really is the best singer in Momusu i think. and she really should get more Solos. she’s porved that with Watashi wa Aoi Tori on Cover You and now this one too. she’s just awesome.

Kanashimi Twilight: Obviously my favourite on this album. it’s possibly one of my favourite Momusu songs. i just love it. it’s sexy and rocky and it has yossie in it. what more could you want.

3~ I ❤ Rika. Her and yossie go together like rice pudding and jam. you have the yummy pudding and then the tasty jam to give it an edge. that’s the way it is and the way it has been since the beginning of time. the end
4~ Nono: I’ve become a really bigg Nono fan recently. she’s just so cute! and although up until recently aibon was my favourite from W it’s been switched. she was so weird and cute. now she’s still weird and cute.
5~ Mako-chan: an unexpected one. she used to be in my top 3 members of H!P but others have taken her place. i don’t like her any less i just like the others more. ^^
6~ Airi: I’ve become a real Airi fan recently thanks to Buono! she’s definitely the best member there. but idon’t like Miyabi and Momoko doesn’t exaclt float my boat either. but she’s over-taken Mai in my favourite C-ute girl i think too….. sorry MaiMai.
7~ Chinami: my favourite Berryz girl. i dunno, she’s awesome. i think i started to like her after maybe the 4th hour of staring at her face while sewing her towel onto the pillow for paul?
8~ Mittsi: told ya she’s become one of my favourites. she’s just so different to the weird little cat girl with an over-bite who joine momusu when yossie was still around. i just really enjoy looking at and listening to her. i dunno. she’s cute.
9~ Gaki: she’s also teh awesome. enough said
10~ Mai: i still love her, even if Airi has over taken. ^^

Lots of people are saying that this year’s poll is hard because they can’t narrow down the favourites to only 10. but i had trouble finding ten worthy of putting up.
i know it’s a bit odd but apart from the top 5 or 6 the others just don’t stand out too much.
i’m the kind of person who pays attention to one or 2 groups at a time. i have no realy capacity to contain much more so it’s hard when a member hasn’t struck me as amazing very recently to pick her out of the crowd so i end to go with favourites i’ve had for a while or ones that have hit me in the head with a brick with how awesome they are. *coughMittsicough*

White day presents and spring time! *Boing*

to celebrate i went on the trampoline!

it felt nice to exercise. which is alot coming from me.

i also took loads of photos of flowers in my garden. it’s looking so pretty now!

So it was White day yesterday!
the day eactly 1 month after valentine’s day where boys/guys/men who were given chocolates from a girl has to give a more expensive gift in return. my kind of holiday.

So i met up with Paul again…. it was a kind of last minute thing. i have no money.
literally.
only enough to pay for Platinum 9 disco on the 18th (everyone buy it, it’s gonna be great).
but after an entire week of bugging me and persuasion tactics, paul finally lured me out with the promise of paying for everything.

i totally didn’t realise he had an alterior motive.

white day presents.
i was totally surpised! but it was really nice too!

So my presents consisted of:

A white rose: it’s one of those “single perfect rose” type roses. it’s beautiful. and smells lovely too. i have it standing in a Ramune bottle on my Window sill.

A heart shaped hello kitty box with marshmallows and white chocolate kitties inside. there was also a cookie but i ate that last night.

there was also some sweets from cyber candy: Hello kitty candy floss with popping candy (sorry about the picture, i had alreayd eaten it), Hllo kitty dipping lolly with popping candy, 2 boxes of Nerds (my faovurite! yum!) and a warhead, i don’t plan on eating this anytime soon as it takes up alot of energy to ready yourself for them. sourest sweets i’ve ever eaten. xD

It was all so unexpected but it was really nice all the same.
and it was sunny which totally made my day…. or weekend as it is sunny today too! ^_^

Been trying to work on my Amujlet Dia cosplay for Expo.
i just haven’t found the time and i’m running out of it.
but i’m working on the pattern now.
it’s so complicated i’m going to need to make a mock up of every piece in order to get ti all right.
i’m determind to make this cosplay perfectly.
i just hope i have enough patience and fabric.

I need to practise styling the wig too. i have a good idea of how it will go but whether it will work or not is another matter.
should go ok i think though……. hmm.

Busy next few weeks for decent H!P releases!
i’m getting Platinum 9 Disc twice. i pre-ordered it twice by accidnet/ but luckily Paul is really un organised and hasn’t pre-ordered it yet so he’ll buy one off me. phew.
there’s the wonderful hearts and elder club dvds coming out on the 25th which i also need to pre-order. then there’s the elder club grad dvd as well as C-ute’s new single.
i think though those last 2 items i’ll buy when i’m actually in Japan. it’ll work out cheaper (i think) and it’ll be all that more exciting to have. >w< ah well.
it’ll work out. a week or so won’t make much difference. as long as i can get tickets and be in tokyo for the 29th. momusu concert. woot!

Whimsical catch-up

Thought it was about time i posted. and to start it off, because I’m a fatty, i decided i wanted to give a list of my top 10 favourite snacks and drinks that i like….. so here goes.

10:
Brioche: there’s something about these croissant-like buns that are totally addictive. i prefer the plain ones and putting jam in the middle. apricot is best. ^^

Pom Bears: Only like the best crisps ever! SO yummy!

8:
Tabeyo Boshi: A new snack i just discovered. not sure of their real name but i’ll post a photo when i get my camera back! XD

7: Grapes: seriously, these things are like little bubbles of heaven. i love grapes right now. and i can fit 14 in my mouth all at once. yup.
are you intimidated?

6: Onigiri: it’s a bit of a big snack and more like a small meal but i just love rice balls. so good!
i especially love to break up a stock cube in there and have chicken rice balls. not particularly nutritious but at least they’re fat free right?
i just got an idea for a good snack too! Kare Onigiri! ok good, i’m going to do that now.

5: Raisins, Sultanas, Dried: I’m especially loving dried mango and i love sultanas. i’m a bit of a fruit freak i’m afraid.

4: Ramune: love it. regular, melon, blue hawaii, strawberry….. there’s so many flavours to have. too bad they’re so expensive but i now have a small collections of the marbles and i have enough of the caps so make part of a cosplay with. not even kidding.
Anyone read DearS? you know those weird little things on their hips and shouldes that attatch them to the pods? yup. they’re that shape. good. i get to be a slut.

3: Pocky: It’s had to come somewhere up here. i love it. i prefer the chocolate versions though. not very adventurous. Men’s pocky is best. it really is crunchier.

2: Moko Moko/ Yakisoba Pan: these came joint first because i love them both.
Moko Moko is just the best idea anyone has ever come up with.
plus it comes with the added bonus of singing the MokoMoko song while it cooks.
Yakisoba pan…… what’s better than friend noodles in a sandwich????? not alot that’s what. so so good. and i always tr and get one when i got to the japan centre (they’ve been sold out the past couple of times though. too bad….). made my own before which was definitely yummy too.

1: Nerds!: Nerds are currently my favourite thing to eat. i totally love them. favourite flavours are strawberry and lemonade coated wild cherry. yum yum yum. got plenty of e-numbers to keep me going too. hooray!
so yeah. have some.
i bye mine from Cyber Candy. i don’t think they’re allowed here anymore technically……… hmm…… speaking of which i’ve run out. >w<

i made them too. and i made a pretty one with the last of the batter.

i didn’t even get to eat that one, my mum ate it before i got there. Y_Y

On friday i bought Twilight. i wanted to see the film and i saw the book in my bookstore and decided to give it a try……… well i finished it this morning.
SO SO SO good.
i found the way it was written a little odd at first. it’s just a strange way, more mature for the character which really fits her and everything but it took a chapter to get used to.
the story is fantastic. it’s a little slow moving at first but because it’s a series it’s ok and it really helps set he place and characters. the description and imagery is brilliant and as i read i can almost see the places she goes to and the people she meets. it’s rally fantastic. can’t wait to get the 2nd in the series, New Moon, tommorrow.

ALSO! my stuff from Charine arrived!!
Aswell as the Alo! Hello! and Morning Curry DVDs i bought from her, she also threw in a bazzilion (or so it seemed) trading cards all of Yossie and Sayu! yay! and also a few Yossie pictures.
I’m so happy! i love them!
although now i think she’s turned me into a trading card freak! nuuuuuuuuuuuuu!!!
i don’t need more little things hanging around. although this does make my collection a little bigger so maybe it’s ok. >w<

Been trying to decide what to do for summer. because i’m off to uni in spetember me and the boyfriend will be trying to spend as much time together as possible until then.
i think we’ve pretty much decided on a long weekend at the seaside and going to alton towers as a trip/holiday type fandango.
plus that gives me an excuse to buy a new bikini i’ve had my eyes on.
it’s so adorable and i know it will fit because it’s by bravissimo. so it it’s a bit expensive though. i think i’ll beg mum to get it for me like she did my other one we had to send back (don’t wear white swimming costumes in a pool with high chlorine levels. hello yellow bikini.)
i could buy it myself but i don’t have the money what with saving for japan and uni and my car and all. *cough*
she loves me enough. XD

and after this novel of a post i’m off to wallow in my nest full of tissues. hooray or a cold. i’m obviously run down. too bad i have 3 straight weeks of work coming up. boo.
